By the 1850 census, the family was living in Scio, Allegany County, New York (1). Sometime between then and 1860, Rebecca moved to Wisconsin and met Milo Collins. By the 1860 census, Rebecca and Milo Collins are married and have their first son, Frank Collins. The three of them are living in Fulton, Rock County, Wisconsin (2). By the next census in 1870, the family was living in Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin (3). Shortly after the census, Rebecca died on the 22nd of July, 1870, and was buried in Rock River Cemetery, Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin (4), leaving Milo to care for Frank on his own.
